Laurel was a wonderful lady, always had a smile and I truly enjoyed visiting with her. She was so sincere when she asked “how are you”. All the hard work she put into her flowers will live in my mind forever. Will miss you Laurel, God Bless and rest in peace. My condolences to Alan and family.

Dear Alan, Shalanne, Maria, Bethany and families, Laurel was a very SPECIAL friend to me and then to us after Ross and I were married. She was my first connection to Australia. She, Alan, and Lanita were at our wedding in 1973, in Lake Cargelligo, NSW Australia. We always loved the warm welcome we received in their home and were always happy when they made time to visit us when they were in Australia to visit Laurel’s family. Our last visit together was on July 25, 2022. Laurel knew then that her health was failing. Our time together was spent talking about folks they knew who lived in our area, no thought was given to her own deteriorating condition. She was always so selfless and only had thoughts for her family and others. We are thinking of you in your sorrow and know that you will find comfort in the wonderful memories of her faithful life.

loving greetings to you all from Ross and JoAnne Campbell, Glen Innes, NSW, Australia

Thoughts and prayers have been with you Alan and with your family as well as her family since hearing of dear Laurel’s passing. Was able to listen to her service. What a tribute to her beautiful faithful life! Met her before she married you Alan. She was not only a beautiful young lady with a beautiful Australian accent but was so gracious and kind. Her life was a shining example of Christ within.
One more soul has been welcomed Home!

Such a beautiful service for a lovely lady, Laurel. She had a beautiful countenance. We especially remember the time spent here while Lanita was sick and passed away.
